1 Who we are
1.1 We are Energy Systems Catapult Limited, a company limited by guarantee, and registered in the UK under company number 08705784, whose main place of business is at 7th Floor, Cannon House, 18 Priory Queensway, Birmingham B4 6BS (“us”, “we”, “our”).
1.2 We are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of the users of the Net Zero Market website http://www.netzeromarket.org.uk (the “Site”).

7 How long we keep your personal data
7.1 We will hold your contact details (name, email address, information about your business and other contact details) for five years from the last point of contact, provided that there is no statutory requirement to retain it for longer. We are required to keep this information for this period of time, so we are able to measure and report back to Innovate UK, who fund our company, on our impact on your business and the wider business sector.

8.1 The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the UK and European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the UK and EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers.
